A free offering the brisket was a hit due to the quality of the meat and the team putting together a BBQ dining experience that will be remembered by many. Briskets are not common in the Memphis area and the Texas Blacks Brisket was a welcome savory addition to the menu. The whole hogs received favorable reviews from many of the customers who enjoyed a plate of some of the best barbeque they have ever had one of the many best favorable common theme from the feedback recieved.
